A ground squirrel (of several) that live under the tower and are do to be safely evicted soon. Real soon. The self certified rodent re-locators,,, (myself and Zoe) are already at work. Casper, certified by me as the death squad captain, is held in reserve. We are better than a boatload of cats!

This lizard (of several) lives on the house. About 10-12 inches long. Expert pest control and stunt actor. I've watched it chase bugs and slide off the roof, and climb right back up. 

The Bonus Bagel

I tossed a blemished bagel outside the fence the other day as far as I could while Casper was inside sleeping. Half a day latter here he is. Happy as a clam!

 Pest Control Around SkyCastle

This couple sleeps by our bedroom window at night. It had been just the larger female last week. Much bigger ring neck lizards live on the roof. Some times I hear and then see one slide off a slopped area of our roof chasing bugs. They just climb right back up. This couple have evolved from tree lizards to 'window screen lizards'. During the day (along with our canyon wrens) they are part of our cleaning crew.
